7.28.08 So I'm playing at the Rainbow Bar & Grill's "Rainbow Room" this Thursday night at 8 pm. It is by far one of the most unique and well known venues I have ever played at, and I'm looking forward to it a bunch. The thing that I actually like the most about the room is that it looks like a pirate ship. A really real pirate ship. Something about that is the junk. I'm going to be the featured performer at the Unurban Coffeehouse Open Mic on August 1st (Friday) in Santa Monica at 7:30. Any place with an old wooden stage is awesome and definitely where I want to be. 6.21.08 I cannot believe it is the 21st of June. I'm working with 2 or 3 people on booking shows out here in Los Angeles before I head back to escuela. I've been writing with some great people I've met out here and we have some awesome stuff that I can't wait to get recorded. Also a new website is in the works...same address new design by the one and only David Leininger. Keep and eye out for it. 5.17.08 It has been a while since I've put anything up. A lot of cool things are going on. I was put on the cover of an online entertainment magazine based out of Chicago called No Strings Attached E-News. They did a good interview with me and asked some really good questions. I'm also living in North Hills, California (Los Angeles) until August, so I'm going to definitely be playing open mics and hopefully getting some actual gigs while I'm out there. 3.10.08 I'm heading out to Nashville on Friday and then Chicago on Saturday. It's going to be a busy two week, but very exciting at the same time. The new album On the Way to Washington is available for purchase here and on iTunes (soon at other onlne retailers).
